Description
Beeswax may be used in preservative coatings and in lining adhesives. It can be used as a plasticizer and stabilizer in oil colors, and as an ingredient in tempera emulsions. By mixing equal parts of beeswax and rosin, damaged wax seals may be carefully repaired. Pellets of beeswax may be easier to use than blocks of wax (also available) in situations requiring melted wax. Pellets are sold in 1 lb. packages.
