Description
This device is useful when creating housings. Rounded corners, particularly on heavy board, pose fewer hazards to fragile material being placed in storage containers. They prevent bent edges on dividers and folders as well. Phase boxes and folders are two instances where we find rounding corners creates finer finished products. This tool can cut up to 1/2 in. of material at a time, and features a fold-out leaf extension to support larger sheets as they are cut. With the extension down, its footprint is a mere 5″ x 10-1/2″. Corner rounders are available with one die of your choice, with additional dies sold separately. There are a total of four dies from which to select, all are easily interchangeable, which measure 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 in. Additional dies can be purchased separately.
