Description
Suspension storage boxes for glass plates were designed for 4 x 5, 5 x 7 and 8 x 10 glass plates. These boxes include a complex suspension system engineered to cushion and protect the full load of the weight of a box full of glass plates. The interior walls are triple thick and include a base unit which compresses under load and absorbs shock. Five fixed partitions create six fixed 1-7/8in. areas for vertical storage. The floor will compress 5/8in. This unique internal structure provides the greatest degree of physical security available in an archival storage box. They hold about fifty 1/8in. or one hundred 1/16in. glass plates. Offered in both .065 MicroChamber or our .065 MicroChamber/Silversafe boards.
