Flip-top storage boxes are designed as one piece, recipe-box style containers. These are available from your choice of two boxboards, both patented due to their unique chemical composition. MicroChamber/Silversafe boxes feature an interior layer of pH neutral, non-buffered cotton. MicroChamber boxes are buffered throughout. Both offer an advantage over other archival boards as only MicroChamber materials are able to trap and neutralize potentially harmful acids and other by-products of deterioration released by the fiche itself over time.
