Description
This product, with a pH of 5, adheres well to difficult substrates including non-archival vinyl and cloth. It was developed specifically for bookbinding and is used particularly for back gluing, attaching hollows, and such. This white, synthetic resin emulsion is a specially-blended PVA and starch adhesive.
